Are users always right?
Do you think so? I am not agree and i wont.
User’s interaction behavior is not always right, absolutely, because their target is not correct while suffering the web. Obviously, it is easy to get information from internet in now days, but the interaction method invented some time ago is decided by web designer but not the users. As a result, users fall into the habit of using this style to suffering the web but not another one. The even worse thing is users almost do not know they are planed.
So while the internet’s booming, the number of users is getting more and more, and the situation is beginning to change due to the users are not even satisfied on current pre-planed web, they would like to create the web by themselves, and the WEB 2.0 was born under that environment.
Now, users are getting more and more stronger in the internet, but they still not right enough to lead the current of web, it also need assistance from professional designer on interaction.
